*NEW for the 2026-27 School Year, Incoming Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before August 24, 2026.

New student registration for the current school year is open now! All new enrollments are completed through our registration platform Final Forms. You can access the platform HERE. 

*Registration for (Grades 1-12) the 2026-27 school year begins on May 11, 2026. Use the platform link above.

Documents to be uploaded in Final Forms for registration:(Under action, click file folder icon, upload clear images or PDF file)

• Photo ID for Parent or Guardian                                            

• Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate

• Student’s Immunization Records

• Custody Orders (Full document required)

• 2 Proofs of Residency (cannot be two of same item, other forms may be accepted not on this list)

  • Official lease/rental agreement or Housing Form

  • JFS Letter (within last 30 days)

  • Utility Bill (within last 30 days, only 1 permitted)

  • Mortgage coupon/closing statement

  • Bank Statement/Pay stub (within last 30 days)

  • Ohio Driver’s License with current address

  • Special Circumstance Form must be notarized and 2 proofs of residency provided from the owner/renter of residence.

Annual Final Forms Requirement: Parent/Guardian are required to review and provide updated signatures on forms each year.                                                                    

Open Enrollment for the upcoming 2026-27 school year will begin April 1, 2026 and run through May 15, 2026.

Each year Circleville City Schools has an open enrollment period where district administration reviews enrollment applications to attend our schools for those students who live outside of district boundaries. Once approved, you will be able to begin the enrollment process above.
