Circleville City Schools is proud to announce the promotion of a long time employee, Mr. Chad Michael, as the new Principal of Circleville Elementary School. Mr. Michael, a proud native of Vinton County, Ohio, brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and heart to his new role. A graduate of Vinton County High School, Mr. Michael credits his hometown roots for shaping his strong sense of community and commitment to public education. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Ohio University, and later pursued graduate work at Capella University in Minnesota and the University of Dayton, where he refined his leadership in education. Mr. Michael began his journey with Circleville City Schools in 2015 as the Assistant Principal at Circleville Middle School. Over the past three years, he has served as one of two assistant principals at Circleville Elementary, where he has built meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff alike. Chad and his wife Kristie are the proud parents of two daughters—Aleigh, a CHS sophomore, and Harper, a CMS 7th grader. The Michael family proudly bleeds red and black, and they are passionate supporters of Tiger Nation both in and out of the classroom. Please join us in congratulating Mr. Chad Michael as he steps into this new chapter as Principal of CES!
