Online Forms Information

Circleville City has moved online with online back-to-school forms!

This fall we are rolling out the parent portal OneView for all things back-to-school forms. Gone are the “ancient” ways of filling out multiple back to school forms by hand per the number of students in your family. In its place, the OneView portal will now enable parents and guardians to fill out forms electronically with a secure access code that links their student to their account. After this initial year’s rollout, information will be carried over from year to year and saved so families will only need to sign off on annual waivers, read handbooks, and update existing address, contact, and medical information at the start of each school year.

OneView Overview

  • How to access it – At the link (here), and located on CirclevilleCitySchools.org under parent resources on every page, parents will create a login for their account and link their children to their account with a secure access invitation code unique to their student. These codes will be distributed to residential parents at Circleville High School starting the week of August 5th and all other schools will be available for in-person pickup at back-to-school open houses August 12th and 13th. All remaining OneView access/invitation code letters with the secure access code will be mailed home during the first week of school.
  • Parent dashboard – Once your account has been created, parents will have a OneView Portal Dashboard with family-friendly links to EZ Pay, ProgressBook, District Forms, Academic Calendars, the school nurse, and lunch menus on the left; district and building news in the middle; and a calendar of events on the right.
  • Shared parenting – It should be noted that only the parent of residence (residential parent) will have editing access to fill out the online forms. Parents/guardians who are not residential parents will still have rights to view student information in the portal, but they will be “view only.” In instances of shared parenting, we encourage dual parents and guardians to work together to ensure student information is accurate and to the specific needs of their children.
  • Internet Access – Whether it be internet activity or just ease of use, we understand sometimes making a switch like this can be a hurdle and we are here to help! On both open house nights, August 12th and August 13th families will have the opportunity to come in and fill out online forms at the school. At that time, we will also have staff available to assist with any questions you might have during the account registration process. Additionally, our friends at the Pickaway County Library have volunteered to help us with this transition by having resources on hand to assist with registration at the library.
