A reminder for 7th and 12th grade students that the Ohio Department of Health requires all 7th graders to have a Tdap vaccine and a Meningococcal vaccine prior to the start of school. All 12th graders are required to have 2 doses of the Meningococcal vaccine (only one dose is required if it is received on or after the 16th birthday).
Additionally, for Kindergarten students Please send in current immunization records to the school nurse. If your child is not up to date on immunizations, please reach out to your pediatrician or Pickaway County Public Health at your earliest convenience.
