Transportation

Transportation Department
Our school mission of "Maximizing the achievement of each student in a safe environment" begins and ends each day with how and when our students come to and from school. Whether it be transit via the school bus, an athletics trip by way of our school vans, or information regarding student drivers, this page is your one stop shop for all things Transportation at Circleville City Schools.

Students in all grades, as approved in our Relaunch and Safe Start Guide, are required to wear masks while riding the bus during the 2020-2021 school year unless they are unable to do so due to medical or developmental considerations. Students must be approved with a doctor's note and application by the superintendent if they are exempt from wearing a mask while on the bus.

All PK-5 families who reside in the district will have transportation available to them via the school bus. Students in grades 6th-12th grade who live within a 0.5-mile radius of the school live within walking range and will not be transported via the bus. Students in grades 6th-12th grade who live beyond the 0.5 mile radius of the school will have the option to be transported to school via the bus.
